Workshop Registration & Cancellation Policy & Solutions
General Policy
All herbal workshop registrations are final and non-refundable. Because our classes often involve sourcing fresh botanicals, resources and specific ingredients and prepping hands-on materials in advance, we cannot issue cash or credit refunds for cancellations.
Can you transfer your ticket?
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please notify us at least 24–48 hours in advance with the new attendee's name and email address.
Ask for a reschedule for the next one!
We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel, notify us at least 2 days prior to the workshop date, and we will apply your registration fee as a credit toward a future workshop or class within the current calendar year.
What if I cancel the class?
If Divine Healing Botanicals must cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, severe weather, or instructor illness, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or a transfer to a rescheduled date.
